Update: In run-up to Rudy Giuliani's now-required in-person appearance in SDNY on Nov 7, plaintiffs have just raised to Judge Liman Rudy driving the subject Mercedes to vote today, and asking if he can get paid for the broadcasts he listed for Nov 7 -

Rudy's lawyer says Rudy can't be in Judge Liman's courtroom at noon on November 7 bc he has a podcast at 7PM and can't find broadcasting equipment anywhere in the Big Apple and can't take the 3PM Delta flight that gets him in FL w/an hour to spare.
Oh NOOOOOOO!!!!
Rudy's gonna have to get out of the Merc he's unlawfully using and get on a plane.

Ruby Freeman's lawyers are back to that phase of litigation against Rudy where they're playing daily whack-a-mole with Rudy's contemptuous behavior.
