HAPPENING NOW: A federal judge in #Georgia has thrown out the RNC's claim that Georgia counties broke the law by accepting absentee ballots over the weekend.

The judge says their complaint lacked a "basic level of statutory review and reading comprehension."

The ruling followed an hours-long hearing before Judge Stan Baker, a federal court judge appointed by #Trump.

The RNC & GA GOP already lost a similar suit filed in state court last week.

One of the lawyers who filed this particular suit, Alex Kaufman, is the one who filed the state court lawsuit that was rejected.

The judge in that case repeatedly explained the law to him and why in person voting =/= absentee.

If Trump wins though, they could aspire to become a bigoted Attorney General like Ken Paxton, or even a corrupt Supreme Court Justice like Alito or Clarence Thomas.
