What is this "very bad future"?

U.S. separates itself from its allies?
Those allies, for cause, for lost trust, are already separating themselves from the U.S..

Including, let's not forget, overt promises of hostile attack.

"Trump's supposedly 'bad future' is a globe accelerating the switch to renewable energy, like wind & solar, and telling all oil oligarchs no thanks, we decline to join your WW3."

Energy independence is a wonderful thing.

Agency. Autonomy. Sovereignty.

Trump's fossil fuel shakedown diplomacy is ending.
