One of my buddies from med school is leading protests at an #ICE concentration camp in our red home state and I am so goddamn proud of my girl.

I'm protesting all the time too, certainly including at ICE facilities, but she is doing it way behind enemy lines. And she's not white, which further increases her personal risk.

She's always been a hero.
