Talk about a "glass half full or half empty" kind of story:
This article paints a rosy picture of the level of the #water in Lake Mead being 17 feet higher than in 2022.
But it's 166 feet lower than full.
The Colorado River continues to suffer from a shortage of supply and an excess of demand. That's not sustainable.
[Oh, and the article completely fails to mention the role that #climate change is already playing in cutting flows of the Colorado River.]
