maybe I’m hit with the Japan tax here, I’m seeing the 8RU rack for 24,000 yen ($150) plus all the shelves and other components have a similar markup.

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a 3D printer - get the rack itself, and then just 3D print all the shelves!

you've tried #meshtastic but have you tried #recticulum yet? From what I've grasp it is a better designed protocol with more reach because it isn't limited to only #LoRa but basically any network it can connect to 🤔
