And every stolen Ukrainian gets returned. PoWs, kids, everyone. Living or dead.
And full freedom for Ukraine from Russia. Russia to have no say at all in Ukrainian foreign relations or domestic politics.
Those three are clearly non-negotiable.
But Putin/Moscow doesn't seem to be able to face those until Russia will have to cede a lot more.
