Ukrainian spies say they have intercepted phone calls from Russian troops saying their military’s integration of North Korean soldiers isn’t going well. On audio released by Ukraine’s spy agency, Russian soldiers sound doubtful they have enough commanders and weapons for the new arrivals. On one call, a Russian soldier was “outraged” that armored vehicles in short supply were being given to North Korean troops. Read more from @USAToday.
