Seventy percent of Britons say UK should boycott Eurovision over Israel's participation

A poll has found that seven in 10 people in Britain support a boycott of the 2026 Eurovision song contest over Israel's participation. The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) gave Israel the green light to compete last Thursday.

I love the Eurovision Song Contest. I've watched it religiously for decades. I can't in good conscience watch it if they continue to platform nations currently engaging in genocide.

I really think the UK should boycott officially. Unfortunately the current gov lacks a backbone and there will be plenty of musicians happy to make the most of the opportunity.
