@Npars01 This is like Corporate "Self Regulation".

Nobody, no politician, no lawyer, no judge, no CEO can be in charge of deciding to regulate themselves or their own group.

You want laws about supreme court ethics? Good luck getting that through the supreme court. Hell, I've got people who literally think they can get a massive reform program to limit the power of the board of supervisors... pushed through the local board of supervisors. WTF are they thinking? Maybe later on we can propose that meth users regulate the amount of meth they are allowed.
