I just learned food insecurity could be divided up into at least 2 ways:

"economic food insecurity": not being able to afford food

"physical food insecurity": not being able to shop for food or prepare meals.

I think the latter could be more common in those with #MECFS (& probably some others with #spoonie conditions) at least from time to time than the general population
