On March 28, people will gather in #SantaFe #NewMexico for #NoKings 3, to celebrate and fight for constitutional democracy in the United States. They will exercise their First Amendment rights to assemble and freely express their views.

She will cover the basics of constitutiona protections for political speech and assembly. She will also discuss the City of Santa Fe's approach to closed street marches and sidewalk marches, with a special emphasis on whether the City's regulations and practices are constitutional. Dr. Feldman is a legal scholar with expertise in civil rights law. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
