Can you imagine police turning up to emergencies and all they did when they got there is say to the perpetrator "Yeah, you shouldn't do that" then the police simply get in their car and drive off, what would you think about that? What would it solve?
That's exactly what Penny Wong and Labor is constantly doing with their meaningless phrases with zero actions.
