As I delve into yet another data analytics project, I'm wondering what static site generators folks are using these days?

š New Post: Deploying An 11ty Project To Shared Hosting
Forget the usual suspects for your website hosting. You should consider shared hosting for your next 11ty project.

Indieweb and static-site generator lovers, how do you host and organizelarge media? I want to share videos and photosets on the web but I donāt love the idea of just hosting them with YouTube, etc. Git isnāt great for large files and GitHub charges to host them so I donāt feel like I can just add them to my 11ty repo.
What solutions are out there? Ideally something that can be cheaply hosted and easy to integrate with 11ty, mirror, and migrate freely.
Baby steps towards launch of my new web site. And new things to learn for each one of them:
When I put the static files from my #11ty build online, on my web server, individual post pages aren't rendered in the browser, but instead downloaded as text files. When I use 11ty's local dev server functionality, all works as expected.
I could need some help debugging what's going on here.
The files doesn't have any file suffix. Should .html be added by 11ty?
Made my first #11ty starter repo that integrates our design toolkit.

Adding pagefind to my Eleventy personal site
I've been wanting to add search functionality to this site for a while. Pagefind made it simple.www.bobmonsour.com
Got bored with my old website design so I decided to make a new one. Tried to make it less boring, but I'm no designer, so I'm not sure if I succeeded.
I also wrote a short blog post about the update: https://jonas.brusman.se/farewell-inter-hello-overpass-and-tropi-land/
Issue 39 of the 11ty Bundle is out: Another canary, Netlify redirects in your front matter, a speedlify question, just an index.md...And 5 posts and 4 sites to see.

@eleventy When I blog about things I have done with #11ty I find I can't include the literal Nunjucks templating because any of that I put in the markdown gets interpreted by the engine. Generally it goes to nothingness because the variables are not populated at that scope.
How can I escape it so my templating is shown literally in the final HTML? I naively tried putting backslashes in front of the brackets but that did not seem to do the trick.
