Although I aim to take @davidallengreen advise (for the most part) on only reacting to the things illiberals actually do (posted earlier), I cannot but help notice that Trump has just said he intends to declare a state of emergency so he can deploy troops to effect the mass deportation of illegal migrants.... so following DAG, I'm saying no more & await to see if he does it (not least of all as there's nothing I can do about it in any case)....

CLOSE THEM / PAY THEM OFF.

Have the payoff receipts in at least three different places.
Banks that own credit cards are going to have a goddamned free-for-all next year.
It's very telling that the white men on my Facebook feed are like, "ha ha, what a week, wow, well, at least there's no more political commercials on TV, lol" and the Black people and LGBTQ+ people on my Facebook feed are discussing their passports, making out wills, and encrypting their emails.
